• Quarterly Reports and Analysis
We provide various levels of analysis using company data, industry data and macroeconomic indicators. Our reports identify when recoveries or downtrends will start and prepare you to expand or consolidate as cycles take hold. We advise you well in advance about the impact of leading indicators on your business, and tell you early enough what actions to take so you can capitalize on changes promptly.
• Management Presentations
ITR offers on-site and webinar/teleconference presentations to discuss the results of our analysis with your leadership team (Board of Directors, Sr. Management, Sales Representatives, etc.). We also conduct one-on-one, executive and senior level management consultations. An important part of the presentations are our own Phase Management ObjectivesTM, defining the right decisions to make at the right time.
• Weighted Market Index
We can construct a company-specific Weighted Market Index. This market index will provide quantitative input regarding your company’s performance relative to external market changes. It serves as a gauge to measure your company’s performance relative to industry and market trends.
